I've gotten my jobs on this question alone. Rock solid answer everytime. "I'm a go getter who doesn't take no for an answer. Mostly because I don't take rejection well, but I do tend to send flowers to the hospital bed of those who have said No to me and lived to tell about it. By the way, when do I start?"
