I am new to Java but I have worked on the Microsoft product stack. Is there a "make" and/or "project" file equivalent in Java and is there such a project file that is only associated with whichever IDE I am using?

Which IDE are you using? Both Eclipse and Netbeans have their own build systems. If you are not using an IDE then you could write your own Makefiles, and use nmake or similar. [edit] You already asked this question at What is the equivalent project file for a java project?[^], and we still have no idea which IDE you are using. If you want help then please provide full details of the problem. [/edit]

I think java is an old technology people are working on flutter. Because flutter is a new platform launched by google in 2018. people are working on it. it is very useful to use flutter because in flutter you have to use just one code for android apps and ios apps. You can also make desktop application using flutter. It is very beneficial for developer and the business owner. you can read more about flutter on Flutter App Development Company | Hire Flutter Developer[^] there are many other flutter related websites but I like this the most i read it most hope it will help you in flutter learning.
