    The Verge[^]:

    Microsoft announced the upgraded search engine alongside a new Edge web browser. Microsoft is describing the combination as an ‘AI-powered copilot for the web.’

    * Now with intelligence!

    "The “new Bing,” as Microsoft is calling it, offers a “chat” function, where users can ask questions and receive answers from the latest version AI language model built by OpenAI." <-- because I've always wanted to chat with something about my search results.

      So... we are going to get another annoying wave of updates misconfiguring windows settings so that bing and edge comes up again as the standard browser and search engine?

      M.D.V. ;) If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about? Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

          I asked Bing and it said "No, of course not. By the way, I've got this nice bridge you might like to buy."
