What's up with the flipped arrow and where's the upvote indicator heading if there's no portside colored indicator to select?

This is starboard view and under my green umbrella is one of the peculiarities. No tooltips; and incidently, if I mouseover the arrow here I get a webpage address (in Edge). I like bugs though ... [EDIT] Alas, gone are the days of reacting to posts, P-L-A-C-E-B-O ... [END EDIT] -
