Daily Digest Is Spam-blocked Due to Incorrect Format

My company has recently strengthened its email spam blocking algorithms, and as a result the Code Project Daily Insider is not getting through to me. My system admin says the email "is non-compliant and incomplete and we can't process it...It is missing a message-id and, more importantly, a recipient...I suspect they're doing something with BCC which makes me think it's some super old code that doesn't properly manage user emails...Google/Hotmail/etc. are typically more lax on these standards, though they have announced crackdowns coming soon, so who knows what that will lead to, but right now, our servers are not getting enough information to deliver the message." We use ProofPoint to inspect and filter email messages before they hit our servers, and it's also possible ProofPoint is doing something to the message before we see it.
