Possible spam account takeover? (PhilMcGahan)

Then at the end of February, he started posting lots of messages, mostly in the wrong forum, about converting things to HTML. Then, on Friday, he responded to one of his own posts to say he'd solved it by using a NuGet package for a commercial product that starts at $599 per developer. The following day, he posted a request for tool recommendations to convert PDF to images - something which the commercial product he was using the previous day claims to handle. Perhaps a setup for someone else to "recommend" the same product?
