      Really bad headline. The suit isn't about the iPhone but rather the walled application garden Apple has erected around the iPhone.

          I don't like Apple but can't figure out how having ~25% market share is a monopoly.

                That, and Apple won't give the Gov't a backdoor.

                  Sure, provided you consider both Lowes & also Bed, Bath & Beyond part of the "housing market".
