CP runs into error intermittently

Been getting this error since this morning. Seems to fix itself after a few minutes.

Or more precisely: it works, in that it navigates you to the home page. It just doesn't "work", in that the home page is affected by the same error, redirects to the error page, and the error page shows the "error page error" page again. :)
