Persistent download issues - Win x64 2.6.5

I've been having persistent download issues with Win x64 2.6.5 installer over the last four days. Have tried downloading via my phone and several PCs with different OS's (W10/W11), different browsers (Chrome/Edge) and different connections (fibre/5G). Each time the download starts at around 20KB/s and hold relatively steady until around 10% download completion where it drops to 0KB/s over the course of about 5 seconds. After slowing to zero progress, it sits for a while then eventually fails with a 'Failed - network error' message. Thanks =)
