Is it possible to add a page that lists updates made to the site and a Roadmap with status. This will help us help you check updates and give feedback. It's also a good way to let us know that you've heard our suggestions for improvements.
The page and/or discussion category could be locked to a select group of users.

As they haven't migrated my old account to this account just yet I'm unable to upvote but this seems to be a great suggestion.

It's amazing how transparency can calm the most difficult of customers. Keeping something a black box tends to turn people off. Communication is key.
