Seperator line in Windows Form

Hi, I want to draw a seperator line in a wondows form, exactly the way the MenuBar has or ToolBar have ! How can I do that ? If I actually have to draw the line does anyone know the settings of the brush & pen !?! Thanks.

Use the group box control with no text and height set to 4 or less pixels. Suhas

a label of height 2 would be lighter :)
