why the people need to steal the network bandwidth??? is it useful for them to download or transfer the data inside the network be more faster??? and where can i get the article that related to this topic " bandwidth stealling" and software or application that is available now to steal the bandwidth?? becasue i need it to help me in my assignment, research and also project that is how anti-bandwidth stealer, or how to stop them to continue steal the network bandwidth. Is it already avaliable the system or application that is stop or anti them that steal the bandwidth and what is the goal for them to steal the bandwidth??? please help me thank for your helping

that why i needed people to help me and give me some guild line so that i can do the research by myself but if dont have people help then i will find the other way like to read some related book to solve my problem. i asking to help is because it will help me to have more idea in different way and also some website that is really help me. if i got all the idea or the information then i will not call you all helping me or give me some idea already. anywhere thanks that given me some comment

The way I read this post, admittedly having to wade through some really bad English translation, is that Victor is trying to find ways to protect his bandwidth. The usual case for this kind of question is that the users are suffering network performance degradation because of unauthorized users stealing time on a wireless network. The easy fix is to use MAC address filtering to limit access to the network, and most vendors of wireless products include this capability in their Access Point products. If this sort of problem is occurring on a wired network, he's got a serious security problem that software can't fix!
