      Is it is for a static content web-site... go for pages contained in different directories. If they are for dynamic content... I would prefer that the site should be database driven site I was born intelligent

                It is probably easier just to point you in the direction of some documentation. But essentially it is .NET's way of providing multi-cultural support to a single application.
