WinZip[^] (or WinRAR[^]) and TweakUI[^] are the first two things I put on any system. AVG 6.0 Anti-virus Bazooka Adware/Spyware scanner Adobe Reader 5.0 (6.0 = too hoggish for my machine) FileZilla ftp client HexEdit file editor Lavasoft Ad-aware Mirc Nero PowerToys for XP SpamPal Sygate Personal Firewall Todo Manager Other stuff that may be of interest: FireFox HTML Kit HD Tech Subversion + Tortoise Winmerge Apache Most of the rest of my stuff is movie related utilities.
