Microsoft bought Navision years ago to get hold of the CRM systems that were a competitor to SAP. If they buy SAP too, then it's going to be really hard to find a serious CRM system which isn't owned by Microsoft. I'm not sure if this is good for business as I presume that some of the systems will have to die to streamline the production. I agree with you there. I believe that CRM is in it's infancy, and I bet MS thinks this way as well. The whole thing is going to be a massive cash cow which MS will control like it does the desktop office apps. Regardz Colin J Davies
