      Why don’t you simply use Adobe Acrobat (not Reader)? It will work ;) sony speed

        There are no small example programs because the complexity of whats involved. The best ones are actually printer drivers, not programs. The output from Word is "printed" to the driver and the driver is then able to take exactly what Word sends and assemble the .PDF without having to know anything about Word's file format. If you want examples, search the Open Source sites for "PDF". You end up with lots of libraries and projects, like PDFCreator[^] on SourceForge.
