IIS 6 and asp
-
hi all, i use IIS 6.0, and when i run my asp page on my browser, sometimes it prompt me for password(when i go to that page from IE, the dialog pop out prompt for username and password), this is very irritating, i just want to browse to test my asp page without have to login to that page, i think this should be the security setting in win 2003, but i'm not sure how to disable this setting. Thanks for any help

By default IIS 6.0 don't allow ASP pages to run. You need to enable them by IIS console. For more, refer http://www.asp101.com/articles/john/ws2003/default.asp[^] Sanjay Sansanwal www.sansanwal.com
