This reminds me of the movie Bandits where Willis tells Bob, a hypochondriac, that if he can smell burning duck feathers then he has a brain tumour. Very cruel thing to say to a hypochondriac but hilarious in the movie. And I can't smell any of those smells except soap at the moment. regards, Paul Watson South Africa The Code Project

>You can smell colour? You get lilac plants. They smell lovely. >Call me ignorant. I don't know what that smells like any way. You have never smelt cloves? I assume "clove" is meant to be cloves. They are often used in cooking and especially around Christmas time on ham and mince pies. regards, Paul Watson South Africa The Code Project

I am not sure how true it is, but smell is supposedly the strongest memory. The list on top are all strong, memorable items we smell. I guess its more like if you can recall your old favorates smells, then your memory acess is nominal ;P . Think about a womans perfume, being in the outdoors, the smell in the air before its about to rain. Its more about acessing it than what the smells are. I forgot why I was reading this message... ------- sig starts "I've heard some drivers saying, 'We're going too fast here...'.
