discussion alert.

Hi, Following is my suggestion.Members should be able to set an alert for any discussion. ie, currently I get a mail alert if someone replies to my post. But if I m not taking part in some discussion and still wants to get an alert if there is a new post to the thread, there should be some way. I know there is already a lot of small issues in the todo list for Chris. But hopes he add this one also to that list, if its not there already.

I agree with you. Maybe Chris can make an application, just like IM, where you can get alert.
Work hard and a bit of luck is the key to success.

A mail alert sounds good, this functionality is already over there in CP also, just allow to add multiple users to the alert list is all that required.

-Days of the NewThats a different case where we get alert for all the posts, But wot is missing is if someone wants an alert for a particular post(not even for the entire thread).
