JBuilder, but that costs, there is one from Java itself, you can download, but I can't remember how it's called, I think Netbeans or something..., that one is free. good luck. No hurries, no worries.

Does it have a GUI Builder now? Last version of eclipse I worked with was 2.2 and it didn't have a GUI Builder. Claudio

The eclipse project has made a RAD GUI tool called Visual Editor. It is one of the best ones I have seen. http://www.eclipse.org/vep/[^] It's free. - Drew
