I don't know if this site has been mentioned before:- http://lib.training.ru/Lib/DesktopDefault.aspx?l=n&mi=6 But it looks like a copy of CP with all articles etc.

I am sure Chris and/or someone with legal knowledge will reply. In the UK I have automatic copyright for all my written work, I have allowed CP to use it, but I did not give that site permission to display my article or store my files on their server. Personally I would not object if a site displayed my article, if it was in conext of describing something they were doing. But having all of thr CP articles there sounds like they are trying to make some money out of it! Which I don't think is right. But when we discuass 'The Law' who the hell knows what is legal?:suss:

I've searched the site for finding smth. about selling or buing articles , but i could not find it. To tell the truth i don't know what they get out of doing this, they have simply copied the CP site and the Codeguru web site too. Only plus from this site will be for russian users they 'll be downloading files faster then from CP. Anyway i think what they have done is not right... m0n0

Of course as i sad what they have done is wrong ,but i meant that it would be much worse if they had not written : "All articles below are property of site http://www.codeproject.com ". And treated these articles like articles sent from authors directly to their Site, without mentioning Codeproject . m0n0

And treated these articles like articles sent from authors directly to their Site, without mentioning Codeproject . m0n0
