      hi wisdom2004, so far I think, dialog based application is not much different from SDI, its just the matter how you gonna show your forms. So far the ADO is concerned, check this out: http://www.codeproject.com/managedcpp/adonet_mcpp.asp[^] I hope it will help! osAma
