hi i want to know what is the difference b/w socket programming in desktop and on the pda. the ports are same or the pda had not ports for socket programming . ddd

Hi. What kind of PDA do you have? are you using Windows CE? Fon WinCE the sockets functions are the same as for win2K. FS.

i m programming for pocket pc 2002 and using the emulator. and need information about the ports. in desktop computer we had the ports for socket programming 1028 to onward so i want to know that these are same as desktop computer. ddd
