i'm new to all this and i wanna create a site with geocities with frames and all and i used dreamweaver and like 10 other of them html programs and i had no luck so what do i do i need serious help

Hey, There's a Java HTML editor you can download at www.trellix.com. It's really easy. I used it to create my (free) website, and I enjoyed using it. Good luck. Peace:)
