Need help with Tundra Universe II interface

I'm new to programming. I'm trying to create a simple DOS program in C that will access an A/D board on the VMEbus. My problem is the Universe II PCI-to-VMEbus bridge that SBS uses on their V5C processor boards. SBS tech support has not been helpful and even with the Universe II user manual on the Tundra website I have not been able to get things to work. I was hoping somebody out there might have some experience with the Universe II and maybe even the V5C board and can help me. Any help would be appreciated. Steve
