    Can anyone tell me how I can keep the CD rom drive always spinning. I semi-regularly read from the drive but when I do access the drive I need it to be fast and some drives have slooow startup spin times. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Gary.

      1. Put your CPU inside a washing machine. 2. Put in 'centrifugate' mode. But I don´t see how this can improve your reading speed... :cool: :rose:
