      by service pack, I assume you mean the service pack for visual studio, right? if so, i have two suggestions: 1) download a visual studio add-in from this site that would display the service pack installed http://www.codeproject.com/macro/vsspver.asp 2) manually read the registry entry for the service pack installed HKLM\Software\Microsoft\VisualStudio\6.0\ServicePacks note: I'm using version 6 of VS so I'm not sure if the entries for another version would follow the same pattern, but my guess that it would. hope this could help. :) Ryan V. - ryan@mobiling.nec.co.jp ---------------------------------- Discovery consists of looking at the same thing as everyone else and thinking something different. ----------------------------------
