problems with istream

Hi, i got the following 3 errors: :rose:..\VC98\include\istream(546): error C2065: 'use_facet' undeclared identifier :rose:..\VC98\include\istream(546): error C2440: 'initializing: cannot convert from 'int' to 'const class std::ctype&' (No constructor could take the source type or constructor overload resolution was ambiguous) :rose:..\VC98\include\istream(566): error C2440: cannot convert from 'int' to 'const class std::ctype' As the compiler is showing errors in "stream" file, no guess what's wrong. Any help greatly appreciated.
