    Hello All. I am the former Soviet scientist. Now I live in Sevastopol Crimea Ukraine. I have spent a lot of time for development of methods of designing of topology for IC and printed circuit board CAD. My program "Images generator", in which these methods are applied, has distinctive features in comparison with popular graphic editors and is submitted in popular catalogues as Tucows (http://www.tucows.com/preview/354617.html) and Simtel. Program is executed in Qbasic. Development of the given methods can go on several directions. In the graphics the economical format of graphic files can be developed. An opportunity of creation 3D images with the help of tools of 2D graphics probable also can be used. Other directions are PCB and IC CAD, graph and network management, layout computation, games. For using of experience of the developers from former USSR Science and Technology Center (http://www.stcu.int/) was created which policy is directed on encouragement of collaboration between Western and Ukrainian scientists and realization of joint researches and development. The center is financed by the Western countries. To apply for reception of the grants Ukrainian scientist must to have acknowledgement on interest in collaboration from Western researchers and scientific organizations.
