I've only just upgraded from Win98 to Windows2000, and I know nothing about NT at all as I've never developed on it before!!!!!! I have some programs that will only work if I'm logged in as Administrator. I'd rather log in as myself. Can someone please tell me how I can upgrade my user privledges to say administrator privledges. So ino ther word I want to upgrade my login so that I'm another aministrator login. Thanks

Assuming you mean 2000 Pro and not server, Login is the administrator. Settings->Control Panel->Users and Passwords, select your use. Properties->Group Membership. Change setting to Other (Administrators). Michael :-)
