    hi, Im kinda new to this, so I'll try to explain the best i can. my problem is that, i have a 8031 microcontroller and i need to program it in C. I need the microcontroller to convert the digital input to hex and then fianlly into ascii, which then is connected to a rs232, for the data to be transmitted to a pc serially. can anyone help me thank you

      Do you know how to connect 8031 to pc' serial port? if you do,I think this is easy to convert hex into ascii.otherwise,I suggest you can learn about 8031's datasheet at first. your friend:bobi
