MprConfigGetFriendlyName returnins "Access denied"

Hi I am using the MprConfigGetFriendlyName function in a program of mine. It works well if I'm an administrtor on my machine, but when I switch to a restricted user, I get "Access denied" from the funciton. I can't find any info about rights anywhere on MSDN. Can anyone give me a hint of how to proceed.
