I am looking for a bug tracking / task management system. It has to be free. It cannot be Web-based. It has to support file attachments (not file references). Any suggestions?

Wasn't I? 1. Non-web-based (most such systems is Web-based and I need something that will allow me to work quickly and comfortably). 2. With file attachments support (to attach e-mails with bug reports, screenshots, etc). 3. Free. I need to find a few systems that conform to these demands, test them and pick one that suits me best.

I find myself gagging at the though I would ever suggest this, but - Lotus Notes? [edit] forget I said that. It's very far from free...
