    Can anybody tell me how to play the real media files on the internet explorer, i.e., I want the user to just click the link and the files should be played... Thanx

      Well, a user should have Real player installed, otherwise the file you are supplying the user is meaningless, with other words, the user's computer does not know what to do with the file if it doesn't have real player installed. You might want to have a look at this to circumvent this problem: http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=317[^]

        I want to say that I want to play media files in internet explorer, i.e., a user should play media files on the internet even if he doesnot have real player installed (by using his default media player may be...),plz give me a hint about how to do it?

          OK, for a user to play Real Audio files he needs either: - Realplayer or - a Codec for Real audio (http://www.free-codecs.com/Real_Alternative_download.htm[^]) installed on his computer. A user that has neither one of them is not able to play your Real media file.
