Static text with dynamic layout!!

People: I am trying to display some static text in between set of questions retrieved from database. Is there any way to go about doing this? Many thanks for your time.

It is set of 60 questions that is bound to a checkboxlist. After each 10 questions I need to some static text. I tried appending the "static" text to question but it doesn't appear right since it has a textbox next to the question. Thanks.
