      Think of a computer program. Somewhere, there is one key instruction, and everything else is just functions calling themselves, or brackets billowing out endlessly through an infinite address space. What happens when the brackets collapse? Where's the final 'end if'? Is any of this making sense? -Ford Prefect

Americans are crazy. :)

                Was just going to say the same thing, for some reason my brain is full of useless quotes from movies like Real Genius. Should have spent the time learning more languages and math.:( It is a classic though, at least in my book.

It's a focusing laser, so past the apex of the beam it all depends on the range of the item being fired, and the power of the laser, atmospheric scatter, in air particle profile and a few more varriables.
