How do you read a file into a variable after opening the file?

Something like this should do it

Dim strFileName as String
Dim Data as String
Dim strVariable as String



Open strFileName For Input as #1
     Do Until EOF(1)
         Line Input #1, Data
         strVariable = Right(Data, 5)
         ...Do something with strVariable
     Loop
Close #1
