Hello All, I was just wondering if there was anybody out there (particularly hiring managers or others with a hand in interviewing and hiring) with an opinion on this: With all else (other qualifications, experience, salary, etc.) being equal, do hiring managers prefer prospective applicants to have an advanced degree (Masters or higher), or a MS Certification in the relative field? I realize that this is a wide open question, but I'm just looking to get a feel for the general opinions out there. Just curious, Paul

If you interviewed 12 of them, you'd probably get 13 different answers. There is no one-size-fits-all answer. Do what feels right for you, not what you think others expect of you.
