Hi Nish, I was visiting your site recently and about the method of showing a message box after the main window is closed on an mfc app, i have 2 alternatives. (I decided to contact you here) 1) Removing the WM_QUIT message from the queue after dlg.DoModal() returns. 2) Calling AfxOleLockApp() at the beginning of InitInstance and then calling AfxOleUnlockApp() and AfxPostQuitMessage(0) when i really have to quit.
