No. Eminent scientists from the United States, from UK, from Canada and so on. The TV program I was referring to is entitled "Can We Save Planet Earth?". It was a 2 part documentary transmitted Yesterday and last week, each one hour duration. Presumably you might look out for TV listings in your country. I think you will find it very interesting.
Contrary to the claims of the BBC and Time magazine, for every "eminent scientist" that claims global warming is an impending disaster, there's a more reasonable "eminent scientist" (who already has his funding check for something else) who disagrees.

The thread is so big I can't find sub thread origins to post on :laugh: [Which religion is more violent - thread] I killed you less so I win! Could someone please create a Web Religious Murders Counter so we can put this question to rest. [Gun control - thread] We need a law requiring everyone to carry a gun. We can even enforce this law on fetuses thereby solving the abortion issue simultaneously.

How do you cut your steak?
Steak in this country is too damned expensive. Yes cutlery is fine, as is other knifes, including cleavers, used for cooking purposes. But a Bowie Knife, a Flick-knife, ordinary pen-knife, swiss army knife, other "exotic" knifes, and domestic cutlery are not permitted to be carried upon the person going about whatever their "normal" outside-of-their-home activities. If convicted (I think) a 2 to 4 year prison term is awardable.

People have tired of waiting 2,000 years for Jesus' imminent return. Religion has stagnated and has largely outlived its usefulness, other than providing a basic moral framework which the religious either ignore or twist to suit their own purpose.

There's no specific figure. I don't condemn Muslims for their role in the Crusades, however. I pretty much keep it 20th century and beyond...More specifically the last 40 or so years since they've gotten really bad. You go too much further than that and you're dealing with people who are dead now.

Technically, yes! If a police officer has reasons to search you and finds that object then you could be arrested.

As long as it is wrapped/boxed and wrapping/box is not in an opened condition and is merely being transported from the shop to your home then that is fine. And camping/caravanning is OK.

Mr. Warren's church has no connection to this game and right now their communication team is working out the details on what their formal response will be. Until they received an e-mail from a person who had found it, they had no idea about the game. A meat cleaver is perfectly OK in the kitchen where you are using it in preparation for cooking. NO OFFENSIVE WEAPONS OF ANY DESCRIPTION ARE PERMITTED TO BE CARRIED. Yes there are lots of UK press coverage at the moment due to several recent violent knife deaths.

Interesting. Maybe Stan was right about some bigotted atheist group trying to "frame" Christians (which wouldn't really surprise me). I've heard of people being put on boards of directors without their consent before. My understanding is that you can start a company, mail Bill Gates asking him to be on the advisory board and if he doesn't respond, then you can list him as a member. It's a good way to get funding.
