Why not? If he had a bumper sticker saying "Allah Akhbar" instead of one saying "God is pro-life", I think it would obviously be part of the story. The fact this guy in Maryland was doing it for religious reasons provides the backdrop for the story. If he wes just planning to bomb places at random for no other reason than he is a nutjob, that would be very different.

Ed,its quiete obvious.You wouldnt find any thing here which tells his belief or family background because he was not a muslim.Let a muslim do something evil and every media will label him as a Muslim Terrorist rather just a terrorist.Why would they say something bad to their own ppl.This discrimination is not different than discrimination between black and white in US which wold observers during katrina storm.

If you think Christians aren't singled out by the media, then you are wrong. It happens all the time. Also, despite what you think you know about blacks and whites after Katrina, there was very little discrimination based on race. The only discrimination was based on money, and a lot of blacks in New Orleans are very poor. If you were rich, you got out of there and were taken care of. If you were poor, you sat through it and prayed. Sadly, that's the way the world works. Thankfully, many groups including the US military/government helped alleviate the problems as quickly as possible.
