System.Diagnostics.Process.Start Question

Hello I am using the System.Diagnostics.Process.Start funktion to open a file. My problem is that windows cannot open the file if its a fileformat it does not have a program attached to, ex "test.WhoCares" gives an error, so my question is, is there a way to get the dialogbox as windows use to open a file which is not set to a program yet. hope you can understand my problem :) Any articles or directy answers would be great. are you saying you want to be able to run "test.WhoCares" like any other exe file? Don't be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good

If I try to open a file in windows which is not a know filetype (like the test.WhoCars, windows do not know this filetype) but in windows a dialog comes and you can select a program you want to open the file with. if that helps?
