By using asp i am trying to build a chat, but i don't know how to send a message to a specific member - meaning a private message. Is there anyone who can help me please??? :-D

There are plenty of people here that can and are willing to help with an issue, but you have to be more specific. For instance, how are you broadcasting messages right now? Generally with chat programs you know the users that are in the room. Instead of sending a message to all the users, just single one out. That's about all I can say until you give more details.
