Hi everybody I want to speed DOWN others' computer internet in the local area network. But no one understands for what happened for their internet. If some one knows, Please offer me a software or source code to do that. please reply me as soon as possible Thanks Rastgar

You mean you want to "throttle" someone else's Internet connection. It's possible - you'll need to have admin rights to the router, and the router needs to support bandwidth throttling (and hence will be an expensive router); if none of these apply, you're out of luck.
