HTML in subject
-
When you enter HTML in the edit box for the text, it is HTMLEncode'd when it is displayed for edit. so < is in the source as < and IE renders that in the dialog box as < correctly. However, the subject doesn't HTMLEncode, so a < entered is left in the source as < which renders in the edit box in IE as < and unless you pay attention and change it when you edit, will make whatever you are trying to do disappear. Thank you for reading this bug report/HTML lesson :) okay, so i am bored ------------ EDIT: In summary of everything below, it is probably a good idea to merely disable HTML in subjects, and just HTMLEncode the whole thing before it is put in the DB :) -- David Wengier Sonork ID: 100.14177 - Ch00k
