Hi You can but you would need to write the USB protocol your self and for that you would need a big cpu. I presume you whant to go embedded. In short. You get IC's that will allow you to connect USB but you will need some software on your platform to use the USB interface. Rather use a SBC much quicker and cheaper in (R&D) time Regards
