Digital beauties

Borrowed the book "Digital beauies" that is a compilation of computer generated digital models. Some of the works really impressed me, for example Kaya and Mika. I wonder when this kind of models become so common that people really can't tell if a popstar is real or created in a computerlab... When AI research catches up we will probably have two classes of humans: "flesh-people" and "digital-people". I sure would like to know if this will happend during my lifetime. /moliate

Those are very nice. I saw an image of Aki Hill naked the other day that was very impressive. That is, the image was. It/she makes me think that the days of synthetic porn are just around the corner. :omg:

I think it's interesting that we often qu-ote each other in our sigs and attribute the qu-otes to "The Lounge". --- Daniel Fergusson, "The Lounge"

†Sorry, I was mistaken. I was thinking of Aki Ross from Final Fantasy. Aki Hill used to be the basketball coach at my alma mater. Anyway, here is a link to a page of FF women, including the image I mentioned. You will have to look a bit to find it.

Why did Britney spring to mind when reading the above line? moliate wrote: Borrowed the book "Digital beauies" Have things got so bad for us computer geeks that we have to create digital ladies because we can't meet the real thing? That was actually one of my first thoughts when I skimmed through the book. :-O But the concept gets more disturbing when you think about it. Perhaps syntetic porn will make some perversions that until now has only been whispered about in psyciatric conferences more legitimate? After all it is not real (wo)men/animals/corpses... This tendancy has already started to emerge in japanese hentai. I really hope that is not the future of digital art. /moliate

Michael P Butler wrote: Have things got so bad for us computer geeks that we have to create digital ladies because we can't meet the real thing? :-D Just think of the advantages:
- She could be turned on/off whenever you want to.
- You could try a new model when your current one gets outdated. If you don´t like the new one you can always switch back
- She would actually get happy when you tell her you have to work on the computer all night
- When you make an error you can erase the memory of the digital lady. Try doing that with a real woman.
- She would probably be very interested in programming and computers.
- A digital woman would not sneak up on you with a menacing look on her face and a rolled-up newspaper in her hand when you write a stupid list in a newsgroukjgkj mn fsdftgkj

Thats what I am thinking, Will people acting out perversions on a PC make it more likely for them to create real crimes, or less likely. moliate wrote: This tendancy has already started to emerge in japanese hentai.
