Error in Calling webservice on local machine

When i make a call , it gives me the error Login Failed for User Intagleo\ASPNET (where "Intagleo" is my PC name) Please suggest where is problem. I have created weservice project in Inetpub ... My guess is that your ASPNET user (in this case ASPNET) does not have rights to the folder your webservice is sitting in.
