    Never heard of it.  But, nothing beats a Canadian breakfast ( pancakes with bacon, bananas and maple syrup ). Especially if the cook has the sense to cook the bananas.  Then it's heaven.  And, caramel bananas to follow.  On pancakes.  I like pancakes.

      Mmmmmm, I remember the first time my dog smelled good bacon frying. She literally walked around tasting the air. My wife made this great salad with bacon bits and good bread cut up and covered with the bacon drippings, that stuff is liquid gold.

      Get some good baby spinach- place in a salad bowl. Take about two-three slices of good bacon and cut it into small pieces. Fry up the bacon in a pan till it is very crisp.           I like to make sushi from time to time and normally you use plain salmon, but it's quite good with smoked salmon. (BTW, since I'm Jewish i don't eat pork bacon. I've tried it before though. Didn't think it was that great.)

            How do they flavor it and whats wrong with just putting maple syrup on plain old bacon? Is it paper thin bacon or does it have some body to it? Do you cook it till its all crispy or leave it a bit soft? What sort of rashers are we talking about? The almost fat free medalian ones or the normal, big bit of fat along the top style? I need to know these things

            Looking at this[^], it's just that the curing is done with maple syrup - I think I've bought and eaten that here in the UK - too sweet for me, though - I don't do the whole maple syrup on bacon/icing sugar on eggy bread thing except when I'm in North America :-)
