Heh, my car, my sister's truck, my dad's SUV, and my mom's truck are all Ford products. I've had a few problems with my car but its also over 150,000 miles and my sister had a few problems but most of that stems from the accident the vehicle was in last winter. James Simplicity Rules!

But if you're going to buy an American truck buy a Ford F series. My 98 F150 XLT is awesome!! Best vehicle I've ever owned and I've owned Dodge, GM and Japenese stuff. ****Matt Newman wrote: Buy a GM product Eeeewwwwww! Other than a new Monte Carlo they are pretty much crap!

A brother in law of mine has a big deisel GMC with their super transmission for towing. While towing a big trailer a sensor failed and hosed the entire transmission. OK, $hit happens, I'm not blaming GMC, but the bigger problem is this happened in rural Wisconsin and the local dealership has never even see this transmission, let alone replaced one. ****Matt Newman wrote: Corvette Z06 See my first point about the $$$

The problem was that the high end stuff is sometimes so high end that it's difficult to get serviced when required.
